Default Stoping recipients of a word document from copying or making chang

how can i stop a word document that has been emailed from anyone making
changes to it, or copying it into a new blank document?

It just isn't possible. If a document can be seen, it can be copied.
There's no protection scheme that can't be broken, usually in less
than a minute.
