Default Need to alphabetize lists in Word

How can I do this, or does Word not allow you to alphabetize address lists?
Its a pain to have to look at every single address to find out if its been
repeated. I am not used to Excel or Access and would really like to be able
to alphabetize in Word 2003.

Word can sort paragraphs - table sort. If your addresses are not
paragraphs - make them so - see

To remove the duplicates see
