Default how to delete words from dictionary e.g. form and from

I know I've done this before on an older version of Word, but can't remember
how. I don't want to set up an autocorrect, but know that I have deleted
these words from the dictionary, so they show up with a red squiggle and I
can confirm the correct choice.
