Default Multiple copies merge

I am merging a letter. Each letter requires 2 copies how do I set up the
printer to print the letters in pairs? ( not merge each letter once then a
second set)

Default Multiple copies merge

Set up two copies of your letter in the mailmerge main document, most
probably separated by a Next Page Section Break so that if you have page
numbering, you can format the page numbers to start from 1 in the second
section.
