Windows XP - Office 2003

Why, when I select a row, I select Borders and Shading, I cannot move within
the dialog box. I get the following message: The measurement must be
between 1 pt and 31 pt. What does this refer to?

Hi Helen,

Art page borders must be between 1 and 31 pt. If you select the Page Border
tab, do you see a selection in 'Art:' and value outside of this range in
'Width:'?
If so, correct this, and you will be able to proceed.

Hi Cooz,

Unfortunately, I cannot even get to the Page Border tab. As soon as I click
that tab, I get that message "The measurement must be between 1 pt and 31 pt."

Is there a workaround?
