when ever i try to open a word document i get the error "file cannot be
found" i've tried to save test documents and still get the same error -- thank you |

Operating system? the system runing is XP

If you have recently used files enabled in Word, try opening your test file
from the file menu picking it from the recently used files list rather than using the Open command.
