Default Autotext in word XP

Is there a way i can put in an autotext in a document i have created which
others have access to, to find out when it was last accessed and by whom and
at what time , or who last printed it, when and what time.

Hi connie,

You can include these fields in your AutoText to find out when the document
was last printed, who saved it last and at what time respectively:

{ DocProperty LastPrinted }
{ DocProperty LastSavedBy }
{ DocProperty LastSavedTime }

Press Ctrl-F9 to include { }, and type the rest.
These fields include information from the File | Properties... | Statistics
tab - to which you can refer as well.

Good luck,
Cooz

There is no way from Word you can tell when an autotext entry was last used
and ultimately there is no way you can tell beyond any reasonable doubt when
a document was edited and by whom. The only way to do this is to use
keyboard logging software.
