Default How do I keep a cell from expanding when entering text

When I have a fill in form that I want to enter text it does not wrap within
the cell of the form, it just expands the cell.

Turn off auto resizing in the table either through Table Properties | Table
| Options or through Table | AutoFit | Fixed Column Width.
