hello,
i wonder if there's a downloadable medical glossary of some sort (or maybe
to buy one) because when i'm writing a document i'm using many medical terms.
i get too many red underlines, and i know i can disable that, but i'd also
like to fix my spelling mistakes.

any suggestions?
