Default repeated raw

A few facts about repeating heading rows, one of which may be the crux of
your problem:

1. Only the top row(s) of a table can be repeated. You can select as many
contiguous rows as desired to repeat, but one of them must be the top row.

2. Repeating rows are displayed only in Print Layout view.

3. In Word 2000 and 2002 (and 2003 with some exceptions) a wrapped table
cannot exceed one page, so a repeated heading row is irrelevant.
