Section headings in a Table of Contents
Please can you tell me how to create a section heading in a document so
that it transfers to the Table of Contents. How do you put a break before and after a section heading in the table? Thanks for your help! Marianne |

Section headings in a Table of Contents
Apply a heading style to the appropriate cell in the table.
What kind of break are you referring to? If you mean a page break, you would have to do the following: Select the row which should go to the next page and then, on the Format menu, click Paragraph. On the Line and Page Breaks tab, check the "Page break before" option. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Marianne Jones" wrote in message ...
