Default Template Protection

Hello there,

A simple Question really, i have applied a protection to a template document.
Is it possible that all documents opened from this template have the same
protection as the template itself?

You would need to create an AutoOpen macro that reapplies the protection on
opening.

Hi VinceB1,

i have applied a protection to a template document.
Is it possible that all documents opened from this template have the same
protection as the template itself?

What kind of protection are you considering? And which version of Word?
Generally, a document will "inherit" the protection of the template...

If you use the Macro Recorder to record the act of adding the protection,
you can save it as an AutoOpen macro.
