Possible to create 2 TC fields for TOC for each line?
I would like to create TOC like the following:
Article Page AAA 1 7 BBB 2 8 CCC 3 9 Also is there anyway to alphabetize the 1st column? |

What you are describing is an index rather than a TOC.
