Default Screen Keyboard

My mother has just had a stroke and has lost her speech and the use of her
right arm. I was wondering if you can get a keyboard on the screen or a touch
screen keyboard that is not too expensive.

Sorry. There is a screen keyboard built into Win XP. You should look up
Accessibility and Mobility impairment in Windows' Help for some solutions.
