[Outline Number 3 not restarting]

Even though I set the desired margins in a template, when I attach the
template to a document, the margins are not automatically set. The styles
work (usually), but I end up having to manually change the margins to what I
want. I checked the template, and the margins are correct. Why is this not
working?

Attaching a template does not apply any layout settings; it provides only
styles, macros, AutoText, menus, toolbars, etc. See
