Default Symbols created in earlier version

Symbols created in an earlier version of Word are not correct in later
version. I don't know what they should be (1/3, 2/3, etc.). How do I get them
as originally created?

.

Insert Symbols and in the Font, choose Arial Unicode MS. In
the Subjec field choose Number Forms.

It will be laborious if you have a lot of them. I don't
know of an automatic way.
