Default Removing markups

Is there a quick and easy way of removing comments from a document?

I frequently view documents with lots of comments and changes and I would
like to get rod of them all.

Thanks in anticipation.

In Word 2002 or 2003, click the arrow beside Reject Change on the Reviewing
toolbar, then select Delete All Comments in Document; similarly, click the
arrow beside Accept Change and select Accept All Changes in Document.
