Default Remove commas from labels

I have made labels by using an Excel table and mail merge in Word. However,
Canadian addressing standards indicate that a comma should not be used
between the city and the Province. Can they be removed? How?

Default Remove commas from labels

How to go about this depends on where they were introduced.
If they are contained in your data file, merge to a new document and use
Replace.
If they are introduced by the AddressBlock field, use instead the individual
fields of the data and re-merge.
If they are manually inserted in the merge document, manually remove them
from the merge document and re-merge.
