Default How do I setup and save an internet fax coversheet

I have a My Fax account and Outlook 2007. Every time I want to send a fax I
have to completly retype the cover sheet. I would like a cover sheet to come
up that has my name, fax and phone number allready completed. I this
possible? and, How do I do it?

I would be pretty sure that it is possible, but it is probably a question
that is best asked in an Outlook Newsgroup. This one is for issue with the
use of Mail Merge and Fields in Word.
