Default I lost the ability to use my at sign.

I can't use the at sign above the number 2, it gives me this €œ instead. It
use to work but now it doesnt.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Check that the correct keyboard layout has been specified in Windows
(Control Panel).

Try to fix your keyboard as Stefan suggested - you probably have a French
keyboard layout.
Meanwhile, use the right-hand ALT (Sometime labelled "ALT CAR") together
with the 2 key to get the @.
