I lost the ability to use my at sign.
I can't use the at sign above the number 2, it gives me this €œ instead. It
use to work but now it doesnt. Thank you for any help you can provide. Cheryl |

Check that the correct keyboard layout has been specified in Windows

Try to fix your keyboard as Stefan suggested - you probably have a French keyboard layout. Meanwhile, use the right-hand ALT (Sometime labelled "ALT CAR") together with the 2 key to get the @. |
