Default Template with picture position already setup.

I am trying to create a membership directory in Word 2003. I already have
the page layout generally setup, but wish to create a spot on each page to
place a picture of the person. It needs to be a set size and place, and I
will later fill in the picture when I add the personal information to the
template. How do I do this?

Use a table cell of fixed width and height. The picture will adapt to the
width of the cell.
You might also consider mail merge for this - see
