Where is the Tools menu ?

I guess that depends on what version you're using; prior to Office
2007 it was the word Tools on the menu bar.

If you want to change the macro settings in Word 2007 you have go into
the Trust Settings:
Click the big "office ball" in the upper left corner
Select Trust Center (or something like that)
Click the Word Trust Settings button (again, something like that)
Adjust the settings there.

Sorry, I forgot a step: you have to click Word Options after the
"office ball" step above.
