Default Comment feature

Hi,
Does anyone know if you can Move a Comment? That is, you already have some
comments in a file (that have their leader line pointing/referring to some
section of text), and you want to have the comment refer to some other
words/sentences/paragraphs in the text file rather than the one it is
currently pointing to.

That seems like a perfectly reasonable request

From experimenting .. if you switch off balloons you can copy (or cut) and
paste or you can click and drag the comment marker (the bit with your
initials and a number) but - a slight downside - it always seems to end up
attached to a zero-length range.
