Default my document has shrunk cannot increase it to A4

I do not know what button I pressed and my doc shrunk, I dont know what to do
to bring it to the normal size. thanks

Does the document contain any "markup" (tracked changes or comments)?

Do you mean that you have lost the white space at the top and bottom of the
page?

If so, move the mouse pointer to the junction between two pages until the
shape of the pointer changes and then double click.
