Not with word you won't, unless you learn HTML...

Of courese you could with word; it'd just be bloated, that's all. Of
course, beside Word, some other necessary things are likely to be Java,
javascript, maybe PHP, HTML of course, maybe HTMLS and a few other
sundry things.
This person is in over their head and needs to start doing some
research on authoring web pages. NVU.com is one good place to start but
the search engines are chock full of tutorials and papers on how to do
that.
