Default Can a style have a text constant ?

Can a style include a constant text phrase or special character. For
example, could a style include the prefix "SECTION - " , so that the user
would not have to enter the same text constant before each section heading.
Sample follows:

SECTION - How to Fold Your Paper Airplane

Insert paragraph here about how to fold the airplane.

SECTION - How to Fly Your Paper Airplane

Insert paragraph here about how to fly the airplane.

Yes, if you apply numbering to it, you can include text. You don't have to
have a number. See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/QandA.htm for
examples.

Thank you , Suzanne, this will be extremely helpful. As new users it is
sometimes just a matter of understanding the unique approach that a
developer takes to a similar task. Thanks for helping.

Well, I'm not a developer, just a longtime user who's discovered a few
tricks.
