Default HOW TO...

HI
I just converted a PDF file to a word file but I dont know how to remove
every frame in the document at once?
The only way is to remove them one by one.

And I own a 2003 office?

You can remove all direct paragraph formatting, including frames, by
selecting the whole document and pressing Ctrl+Q. Text inside the frames
will be placed in the body of the document. You may want to try this on a
copy of the document first, to make sure that you like the result.
