Default Printing a document w/ Legal Blackline

I have a document that has been marked up with blackline, used mostly for
legal. I cannot seem to find where I can print the document with out the
changes. I have tried the accept all changes under tracked changes, no luck.
The document does not have tracked changes turned on. The document is not
protected either. Any suggestions are welcome.

It sounds as if your document has been marked up with something other than
Word's Track Changes feature (perhaps an add-in such as DeltaView).
