Default Mail merge to an image of my corporate stationery, pdf and email

I want to use Word 2007 to mailmerge a client letter on images of my engraved
corporate stationery in pdf format.

In other words, I want to do a mailmerge onto virtual stationery which
replicates my engraved Stationery.

You need to set up the mailmerge main document on a document that resembles
your engraved stationery.
