Default OBA SLA Template: (Service Level Agreement); IT / BI team to Busin

I would like to ask the contributor tshel how can I go about changing the
drop-down items in this excellent SLA document? Thanks!

Default OBA SLA Template: (Service Level Agreement); IT / BI team to Busin

Use FileOpen to open the template and then go to the Developer tab of the
Ribbon and select the the Drop-Down that you want to modify and then click
on the Properties button in the Controls section of the Ribbon.

You can then Add, Modify or Remove items for the Drop-Down List.

If you do not see the Developer tab of the Ribbon, click on the Office
button and then on Word Options and then on Popular and check the box for
"Show Developer tab in the Ribbon".
