Track my deleted text
I am using Word 2003 and in track changes mode, if I insert text and then
later delete this same text, my delete of my own text does not show for the next reviewer to see. I need the next reviewer to see when I deleted my own inserts, how would I get this to work? We cannot accept changes and start over in track changes mode until we have reached a final version of the document. Thank you in advance. |

Track my deleted text
Before you start deleting, go to Tools Options User Information and
change the user name slightly -- maybe add a number to the end. Word will assume that a different user is now editing the document, so it will track the deletion separately. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
