Default Can you put an envelope short cut on the desk top?

is it possible to put an envelope short cut on the desk top? or do you have
to go into word everytime you need to print an envelope? or any other ideas
on an easy way to print envelopes?

Download and adapt the envelope templates from
http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm, or create your own, and put one or more of
those templates into your Templates folder. Then make desktop shortcuts to your
favorite template(s), which will open Word with an envelope ready to address.
