Default Creating Template with Forms

I have created a template for myself, and in some cases have a text form
field for fill in purposes. Throughout the template, some of the words are
to be repeated, using data that are in the form fields.

Is it possible to set a link so that when information is entered at the
beginning of the document, wherever that information is repeated throughout
the document it is automatically places?

Use a cross reference to the text of the bookmark that is assigned to the
formfield and check the "Calculate on exit" box in the formfield properties
dialog so that the cross reference is updated with the information that is
entered into the formfield.
