Yes, on the Insert ribbon, the WordArt button is in the Text group. Look for the
blue A tilted to the right.

By the way, it isn't "Microsoft Vista" -- that's the operating system. The word
processor is Microsoft Word 2007, and it doesn't necessarily run on Vista; I
have it installed on Windows XP.
