Default page numbers between 99 an 101

My document numbers go back to 10 on next page from 99

How did you insert the page number? Did you use Insert/Page Number? If so
then the frame may be too small to display three digits. You have two
options:

- Preferred method: Edit the header/footer, delete the page number and frame
and insert the page number again using the Header and Footer toolbar.
- Edit the header/footer, select the frame the page number is in and resize
the frame.

To select the frame, place your insertion point next to the page number.
This should display the frame (hashed lines). Click the edge of the frame to
select it and either resize the frame or delete it.

Does the page numbering go 99, 10, 11, 12, ...

or 99, 10, 10, 10, 10, ... (for 10 pages), 11, 11, ...?
