Default paragraph spacing

hi everybody,

i have a document, which have my company logo and name. every time when i
copy something and paste it to this document, all the things will become
different. the paragraph spacing all become 1.5 and the after paragraph
always not equal to 0. how can i set it always become single spacing and
after paragraph spacing is equal to 0? otherwise i need change the format
every time when i paste something inside. anybody can help me? thanks a lot!

Default paragraph spacing

It suggests two things. Firstly, it sounds as though everything has been set
up in the default normal style. Secondly, it sounds as though the style has
been set to Automatically Update.

You may resolve this by turning off the Automatically Update. If you need
further help, please tell us what version of Word/Office you are using.

Hi Terry Farrell,

thanks for your reply. at first, i'm using Microsoft word 2007, then save it
to 2003, because the other colleague all using 2003. but i always paste it
from the 2003 to this file. just the font i can default it, but the spacing
will out of order. so what can i do? can u teach me step by step? thanks!
