how do i get the same space, bot & top of page when finished document

In theory, this can be done by setting the Vertical Alignment (in the Page
Setup dialog box) to "Justified." If you try it you'll see that it has
limitations, though; for example, the *last* page of a document will be
justified too, which looks terrible.
