Default Hidden explanation

I would like to add some explanation to the document but do not want to
change the original document. Is there any way to add hidden explanation
and display when needed?

Thanks,

Scott

Scott,

Create a Style, call it something, such as "Hidden Text." With that style,
go to the Font menu and check the box "Hidden."

Now toggle the Pilcrow/Paragraph icon to show hidden text. Type anything you
want using your "Hidden Text" style. Toggle the Pilcow icon off and the
hidden text disappears.

Scott,

To follow up on Doug Robbins' suggestion.

To add a comment to a document, select a word or phrase and type Ctrl+Alt+M.
The text selected will show up on the screen as yellow, and when you place
your cursor over it, a balloon will popup with your comment.
