How to fix a cell height...any idea??

Go to the Row tab of the Table Properties dialog and set the height to an
exact figure.

I am assuming that by "fix" you did not mean fix as in fix something that is
broken.

Dear Robbins,

Thankx for your response but your method set the height of whole row which
is not my requirement, I want increase or decrease the height of a specific
cell in row.

The cells in a given row cannot be different heights, but you can use a
combination of merging and splitting cells to create that effect.
