Mail Merge Recepients
I have my mail merge ready to print. However, when I print them the
receipients address has a grey background. I do not have the document protected and I followed Word's directions exactly. How can I fix this? -- Thank you, Kitty |

Mail Merge Recepients
It sounds like you are printing the mail merge main document rather than
executing the merge to the printer. The grey shading is being applied to the mergefields that will be in the main document. When you execute the merge, those fields are replaced by the data from the data source and the shading will not be present. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
