Default Moving a chapter

Is there an easy way to move a chapter, based on the heading within a doc
without using cut and paste?

Keeping your version of Word a secret, I see.

For example, in Word 2002 and 2003 you can easily move chapters around with
Outline view and the Outlining toolbar.

Here's another example, using Word 2003 (you can find plenty more
information with a web search):

"Reorganize a document by using outline view"

Probably because it's a generic homework question.
