Default How to make a table row into a header row?

Hi all,

I am using MS Word 2007. I have a large table which covers three pages and I would like to make the first row into a header row so that when I select Table Properties -- Row -- Allow row to break across pages for the whole table, my first row appears on all pages.

Thanks in advance.

Select the top row. On the Table Tools Layout tab, click to select the Repeat
Header Rows option (in the Data group).
