Would someone please let me know how to arrange letters/words in wavy lines
instead of straight lines. Thank you

If you must do this in Word, the only way is with WordArt.

As stated before, use wordart.

It is in the "drawing" menu on the bottom of your screen.

Find icon that looks like blue "A" letter, click on it and pick your format.
