hi, i got a long file (546pages). the index reports more than 3000 links, but the person who created it tought it would have been read only on the PC, so there isn't the number of the pages reported near the links in the index.

i need to print it, so i need to have an index with the number, of the pages, because, of course, the links, when printed, don't help so much !

is there a way on word or other software to have a complete table with all the links the are in the file and the pages to whom they refere to?
