How do I disable template help in Word when I download a template?

There is nothing generic. What you can do in any particular template depends
entirely on what the template's designer has done. Does your template come
with any instructions?

No instructions, but I kept messing around with it until I came up with the
internet options. I disabled the "check internet upon startup".
