Hi ?B?QmFjaDNn?=,

How do I make all 12 pages of a calendar with the same fonts etc

Depends. What are you starting with? Are you making the calendar
from scratch? Which version of Word? What do you mean, more
exactly, by "the same fonts, etc"?

Do you mean, you want to create a calendar (from scratch), and all
the pages should have the same basic layout and format, to start
with?

Then you need to set up one page with everything you need to
start. Then use File/Save As to save as the file type Template
(*.dot). This will save in your Templates folder. Once you're
satisfied with it, close it (saving all changes). Now use File/New
to create each page. The new document will *inherit* everything in
the template (but there will be no dynamic link back to those
structures, although it is possible to exchange style (named
formatting) information).

Thank you very much for your help and reply. I would add that I had
downloaded one of the Microsoft Calendar templates which contains 12
sheets/months, I want to edit these to my own choice.. I can do this, but
only one sheet at a time.
I hope this clarifies the situation. I am using Word 2003.

Thanks yet again.

Only a little bit, since you don't give a link to where the template is to
be had.
You also don't specify what kinds of changes you want to make, so it's hard
to say what's the best way to go about it. Very briefly, you open the *.dot
file you downloaded and make the changes. They'll then be inherited when you
create the new documents from the template.
