Default Word 2003 envelope prints as a page. Worked great for 2000. ????

Just upgraded to Office 2003 from 2000. Word now won't print an envelope.
Everything sets up correctly, but the preview before actual print shows a
scrunched page - not an envelope. Prints as shows. What's happening????

See the "Correct Epson Envelope Orientation Problems" item on fellow MVP
Graham Mayor's website at:

http://www.gmayor.com/epson_envelope_orientation.htm

Or maybe there is other information on Graham's site that may help.
