Default word cannot find the spelling file MSSpell3.dill or mssp232.dill f

When I do a spell check in Word 2000 I get this message(word cannot find the
spelling file MSSpell3.dill or mssp232.dill for English (US).). Also in
Outlook 2000 I get a the message ( An error occurred )

Well, first of all, the files Word is looking for are MSSpell3.dll or
mssp232.dll (not .dill). A DLL is a Dynamic Link Library. You may need to
rerun Office setup (Windows Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Change) to
install the proofing tools.
