Default Removing all highlighting in a document

Hi,

I highlighted some assorted stuff in a really long document before sending
it to a coworker for review. Now he has made some modifications to the doc.
and its ready.

BUT I need to get rid of ALL highlighting. Any smart ways to do this?

Press Ctrl+A to select everything in the document and then from the
Highlight selection pulldown, select None.
