Default office should have a bibliography/ works cited engine built in.

as a student i am fequently angered by the lack of work flow enhacements
native to office that support the creation of formated works cited and
bibliogrphies. my idea is use an engine similar to the spell check idea to
check a document for content to ensure that that it is compliant with the
format specified.
